When you submit a request through this website, we collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, vehicle information, and any notes you choose to provide — along with the service you asked about and the page or campaign you came from.

We use this information to respond to your request and follow up about your vehicle. Your contact and vehicle details are visible only to authorized shop staff and are not sold or shared for marketing. Any campaign or website traffic source information is used only to understand which outreach brought you here.

If you allow it, this site also uses optional Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) tracking to measure visits, booking-link clicks and saved service requests. For saved brake-service requests, we may also send Meta a server confirmation using the same event identifier as the browser, Meta browser or click cookies, and browser type. We do not send form details with that confirmation. A booking-link click or service request is not a confirmed appointment. It stays off unless you choose "Allow marketing tracking" in the tracking prompt, it only runs on our live public site (never in previews, tools, or staff screens), and it never receives the details you enter in a form — no name, phone number, email address, vehicle information, or notes. To review or change your choice at any time, use the "Tracking preferences" link at the bottom of any public page; choosing "No thanks" turns tracking off and removes the tracking scripts from the page.

SMS messaging and consent

Elbow Grease Automotive collects your mobile number, your permission to receive texts, and the information you share in messages. We use this information to respond to questions, arrange service, send appointment reminders and repair updates, and send service offers only when you separately agree to promotional messages.

Shop staff ask for verbal permission to send texts, then separately ask whether you agree to emails and texts about our services. A service request alone does not enroll you in marketing. Consent to marketing is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Providers that help us deliver messages may process the information needed to provide that service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts or HELP for assistance. You can also call 970-451-5129 to change your communication preferences or ask about your information. See our SMS Terms & Conditions.
